Who we are
Monarch Health Solutions Inc.(“Monarch Health”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at https://themonarchhealth.ca and provides Comprehensive Preventative Health Care services in British Columbia.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide care or to respond to enquiries: typically your name, contact details, the household's clinical context, and any information you choose to share through our intake form or by email.
Why we collect it
To coordinate care across the clinical team and, with your consent, with your existing physician and specialists; to respond to enquiries; and to meet our legal and professional obligations as a BC-regulated clinical practice.
How we protect it
We follow the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the standards required by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) for clinical records. Records are kept in secured systems and shared with third parties only with your consent or where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or withdraw consent to the use of your personal information at any time. Contact us at info@getmonarchhealth.com to make such a request. Some clinical information must be retained for the period required by professional regulations even if withdrawn from active use.
