What we look for.
- Clinicians and coordinators who do careful work and write it down.
- People who can hold both clinical detail and the human side of caregiving in the same conversation.
- Comfort with autonomy, as most work happens in homes, not under fluorescent lights.
- Honesty about what the role is, and isn't. Proactive care is steady, not glamorous.
