Daily Living Assessment (Lawton IADL + Katz ADL)

This assessment combines two long standing clinical tools: Lawton's Instrumental ADLs (the higher order tasks that slip first) and Katz's basic ADLs (the fundamentals that decline later). Answer for the person you're caring for. Use your best honest read; there are no wrong answers.
