Brain and sleep
Brain health is where the evidence is strongest about a few things and genuinely uncertain about many others. Sleep, hearing, blood pressure and activity have real support behind them. A good deal else that is marketed for the brain does not, and being clear about which is which is more useful than being encouraging.

What the evidence supports, and what it does not
This section is being written by our clinicians, and it will say plainly where the science is solid, where it is contested, and where we are deliberately cautious. We would rather leave it blank than fill it with something nobody has checked.
What happens here
