The "executive physical" got a reputation in the 1980s: a corporate wing in a hospital, an aggressive battery of tests, and a glossy folder of results that no one followed up on. The pitch was the panels. The thing that mattered, in retrospect, was who read them.
Forty years later we know preventive care works when it's continuous, not when it's exhaustive once a year.
What we built instead
Monarch's Executive Health membership is private pay and structured around continuity rather than completeness. The annual review still happens: at home, at the office, or at our Victoria clinic, your call. But the work that actually moves outcomes is the part that wraps around it.
One annual visit produces a folder. Twelve months of follow through produces a habit.
The membership covers the uninsured pieces: the longer review, the written plan, the scheduling around your travel, the continuity line for non urgent clinical questions. Insured medical services are billed to MSP as they would be anywhere, and we do not bill you for benefits.
What changes for the client
The thing clients usually notice first isn't the medical content. It's the friction.
- The annual review takes an hour, not a half day.
- Specialist referrals get booked, and someone follows up on them.
- The plan travels with you when you travel. The continuity line works wherever you are.
What we won't do
We won't promise an outcome. Preventive care isn't a guarantee: it's a discipline. Some of the most valuable things we do are the screens that come back unremarkable, year after year, exactly as they should.

That's the point of building care around your calendar instead of around a clinic's. The discipline gets easier to keep.
If you're considering whether this is the right fit, the first call is free. We'll be honest with you about whether what we offer matches what you're looking for.
